Refund policy

Custom Mate Products Satisfaction/Warranty Guarantee:

All Custom Mate Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item that is found to be defective upon arrival, or under normal use, we will work with you to make it right!  

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced.  Any issues as described under the Satisfaction/Warranty Guarantee section above will be covered for refund or replaced.
